The Great Need for Christian Ministry
Many areas of the world are facing challenges when it comes to children
and youth ministries. In some areas, pastors have limited knowledge on
organizing effective children and youth ministries in their local churches.
Small churches in other countries struggle financially and have a difficult
time finding Sunday school curriculum and other teaching materials for
their children and youth programs. Because of these challenges, their
Sunday schools often consist of singing songs, the teacher reading a Bible
verse and maybe a Bible story.

The team trains pastors and their Sunday school teachers on methods of
establishing effective children and youth ministries which can meet the
spiritual needs of children and youth thus impacting their families,
churches and communities.
Pastors Seminars
Pastor Seminars are conducted to help pastors catch a vision for
Children’s Ministry and learn methods of organizing effective
programs and recruiting Sunday school teachers and leaders
for the children and youth programs. These seminars include
lessons on leadership, organization and staff recruitment.
Childrens Workers Training
“This was a very motivating seminar. I realized that we
have lost a big opportunity with some children as our
focus in teaching has not met their actual needs. The
teaching on church growth has changed my way of
thinking. I am looking forward to changing the way
we do things in the church.”
The team conducts five levels of Children Workers Trainings to prepare
Sunday school teachers and other children workers for serving God.
The first three levels deal with practical topics including God’s heart for
children, qualities of children workers, lesson preparation, teaching
methods, salvation and principles of children’s ministry. The last two
trainings focus on developing leaders who are motivated, accountable,
maintain standards and live godly lives. These trainings give guidance
in recruiting and maintaining Sunday school staff and improve the
church’s Sunday school and children programs.
“Shalom. I want to thank God for your training. My
church has grown tremendously in children ministry
and teen ministry, I brought one teacher to the training
but she has recruited other teachers. Her work is commendable. The children have been divided
according to their ages and the ministry has really
grown. God bless you for bringing the training.”
